Margaret Gombar

Margaret Gombar, 90, of Reading , passed away Saturday, September 15, 2018 in Berkshire Center. She is survived by her husband of 66 years, Albert F. Gombar. Born in Reading, Mrs. Gombar was the daughter of the late John and Ethel (Jones) Loughlin. She was a 1946 graduate of Reading Catholic High School and was a member of Saint Catharine of Siena Roman Catholic Church. In addition to her husband, Mrs. Gombar is survived by her children Thomas J. Gombar, husband of Sharon L. Gombar; Michael J. Gombar, husband of Gloria J. Gombar; Rosemary Carl, wife of Michael M. Carl and Albert J. Gombar, husband of Robin Gombar and 8 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren. She is also survived by her sister Mary Solecki, widow of Clarence Solecki.
Funeral Services will be held privately at the convenience of the family. In lieu of flowers the family requests donations be made to Saint Catharine of Siena Roman Catholic Church 2427 Perkiomen Ave. Mount Penn, PA 19606 in memory of Mrs. Margaret Gombar.
