Margaret Diehl

Margaret (Marge) Diehl, 74, of Muhlenberg Township passed away June 5, 2009 at 1:00 am in Good Shepherd Specialty Hospital in Bethlehem. She was the wife of William J. Diehl to whom she was married for 52 years. Born in Mahanoy City, she was the daughter of the late Thomas and Anna (Keip) Casserly. She was a sales clerk for Pomeroy's Department Store in Pottsville and then a secretary for Davis Candies in Reading for 21 years retiring in 1991. She was a member of Holy Guardian Angles RCC. In addition to her husband she is survived by her daughter Diane Lerch of Shillington and her grandchildren, Kirsten and Matthew Lerch. She was preceded in death by her brothers Thomas and William Casserly.
