Louis Malamud

Louis Malamud, 95, formerly of 3068 Pricetown Road, passed away February 13, 2010 at 11:20 am in the Jewish Home, Lower Paxton Township. He was the husband of the late Sara(Altman)Malamud who passed away May 22, 2008. Born in New York City, he was the son of the late Moishe and Dena Leah Malamud. He was the owner of Roylton Press in Reading from 1933-2008. He was a member of Congregation Shomrei Habrith and served in the Army National Guard. He is survived by his son Mitchel, husband of Laura Malamud of Las Vegas, Nevada, grandchildren Barry, husband of Johna Malamud, Deborah Babbit-Malamud, Sherri Malamud and great grandchildren Jessy Babbit, Carly Malamud and Ian Malamud. He was preceded in death by his daughter Sharon Silverman-Malamud February 7, 1986.
