Lisa A. Harris

Lisa A. Harris, of Bernville, PA  passed away peacefully, surrounded by her family on Friday, December 1 after a year-long battle with cholangiocarcinoma. She will be greatly missed by her family and friends.

Lisa was born on March 18, 1966 to the late David D. and Mary L. (Thomas) Shaner.  She had a long term career at Travelers Insurance, both in Reading, PA and Marlton, NJ. This took her to Medford, NJ where she lived for the past 20 years.  She then had a shorter term career at Wells Fargo.

She is survived by her loving husband Brian R. Harris;  loving family - sister Andrea (Shaner) Stephens of Middletown, PA; brother Robert Shaner and his wife Sherri of Mohnton, PA; their daughter Olivia Shaner of Lancaster, PA and sister Kathryn (Shaner) Gilbert, her husband Troy and their son Lincoln of Reading, PA; her Godmother and cousin Josephine Kopcik of Reading and her late father's wife Donna Shaner and her significant other Jeff Wagner of Reading, as well as her cat Henry and many friends in both Pennsylvania and New Jersey.

Memorial service will be private and at convenience of the family. Bean Funeral Homes, Shillington is in charge of arrangements.
