Lisa S. Goletz, 51, of Exeter Township, passed away Tuesday, March 5, 2024 at 1:02 am in her residence with her loving family by her side. She was the wife of Andrew P. Goletz. Born in Seattle, Washington, Mrs. Goletz was the daughter of Sally (Fairchild) Schoeneweiss of Georgia and the late Rudi Schoeneweiss and the daughter in law of Olesia (Krywiak) Goletz and Ihor Goletz of Media, PA. She was employed by ALCON in Sinking Spring as a lead analyst. In addition to her husband and mother, Mrs. Goletz is survived by her sons Liam R. Goletz, Ethan R. Goletz and Evan R. Goletz all at home and her brothers Erich Schoeneweiss of Reading, PA and Emil Schoeneweiss of Georgia.
Lisa was all things to all people who were privileged enough to have known her. She was a daughter, a sister, a teacher, a leader, a coach, a volunteer, a writer, a lover of animals and nature, a friend, an amazing wife and partner and more than anything the best mother that our sons could hope to have.
She touched the lives of so many in everything that she did- giving so much of herself and asking for so very little. Even as she fought valiantly these last few years she did so silently- not wanting people to worry about her. She was always putting the needs and feelings of others before her own
Those fortunate enough to have met her and been in her life are better for it. They will remember her warm smile, her amazing laugh, the love she had for her family and friends, especially her children and animals. Her spirit and memory will live on through her printed stories, the lessons she taught in schools, the children she coached, those helped by her years of volunteering , the friendships she made and especially in the love she showed to her husband, Andrew and the three most important people in her life, the ones she was most proud of- her boys Liam, Ethan and Evan.
Her bright light will continue to shine down on all of us as she is now at peace and healed, reunited with those loved ones lost over the years. They will hold her and protect her in their warm embrace and she will look over us and her boys with continuing joy and pride until the day all will be reunited
Lisa does not want us to mourn what we have all lost in her passing but rather celebrate the remarkable life that she led and the legacy she leaves behind. Even in her most difficult of days what kept her going, what gave her energy and created that most beautiful of smiles was in seeing her boys turn into young men . Young men that filled her heart and soul with pride and love for the laughs, the memories, the accomplishments and adventures.
We will all continue to celebrate and honor the life, the memory and the ever present spirit of the greatest person we’ve ever known
We love her so much.....
