Linda Gassert

Linda S. Gassert, 67, of Shillington passed away on Thursday, March 31, 2022 in the Laurel Center.  Born on August 22, 1954 in Reading, she was the daughter of Ralph M. and Carolyne (Kline) Gassert.  Linda attended the Pathway School, the Pennsylvania School for the Deaf, and the Child Development Center at the Chester County Intermediate Unit.  From 1975 to 1995 Linda lived at Camphill Valley Kimberton Hills, PA a farming and handcrafting community in Chester County, PA.  She resided at a group home part of Threshold Rehabilitative Services since 1995.  She enjoyed dancing and coloring.  Linda was a proud Girl Scout.

Linda is survived by an aunt, an uncle, and many cousins.  She is preceded in death by her parents, Ralph and Carolyne.

A Graveside Service will be held on Saturday, April 9, 2022 at 11:00 am in Laureldale Cemetery Mausoleum, 4631 Pottsville Pike, Reading, PA 19605.  Reverend Beth G.
