Leroy Kegerise

LeRoy C. Kegerise, 94, formerly of Reading and a resident of Golden Living Center for 6 years, passed away July 23, 2011 in Reading Hospital & Medical Center where he was a patient for several hours. Born in Reading on May 3, 1917, he was the son of the late Charles E. and Agnes A. (Moyer) Kegerise.
He was an Army veteran of World War. 2. LeRoy was employed as a machine operator by Interstate Container in Reading for 11 years retiring in 1979.
Surviving is a son LeRoy W. Kegerise companion of Catherine Cole of Shillington, 1 granddaughter Kimberly Promutico, 3 great grandchildren Julian, Justin & Jevin and a brother Paul Kegerise of Wyomissing. He was predeceased by a brother Stewart Kegerise and 2 sisters Ethel (Kegerise) Sweigart and Thelma (Kegerise) Kantner.
