Larry Brubaker

Larry C. Brubaker, 78, of Wernersville, passed away on May 15, 2017 at his residence.
Born in Reading, he was the son of the late Clarence H. and Ruth D. (Lengel) Brubaker.
Mr. Brubaker was a 1957 graduate of Reading High School and a graduate of Penn State Berks. He was employed as an engineer for Quadrant, formerly Polymer Corp.
Larry volunteered much of his free time to many organizations and causes, most notably at Habitat for Humanity and Easter Seals of Pennsylvania. He participated in three mission trips to Tanzania, Africa, and was heavily involved in outreach and mentoring, especially Friends, Inc. of Kutztown, youth mentoring, and pre-marriage seminars.
Survivors include his wife: Diane L. (Rohrbacher) Brubaker, children: L. Jeffrey Brubaker of Columbus, OH; Jennifer Selby of Hummelstown; and Jocelyn Baer of New Cumberland. Also surviving are 6 grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren; sister: Ann Marie Burdge.
Memorial Services will be held at Trinity Lutheran Church, 108 S. Robeson St., Robesonia, on Saturday, May 20, 2017 at 10:30AM. The family will receive friends and relatives at church from 9:30-10:30AM.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Trinity Lutheran Church.
