Kay L. Koehler

Kay L. (Seiders) Koehler, 85, of Bernville, passed away on Monday, September 9, 2024, at Country Meadows, Wyomissing. Born in Mountville, NJ, Kay was the daughter of the late, Lee A. and Josephine (Kurczewski) Seiders. Kay was a graduate of Reading High School, class of 1956, and went on to work in Finance for KB Alloys Inc. for over 25 years before her retirement. Kay enjoyed cheering on the Philadelphia Phillies and Penn State Football.

Kay is survived by her sons, David A. Koehler, of Bernville, and Eric M. Koehler, of Myrtle Beach. She is also survived by her 7 rescue cats, Dumbo, Mingo, Tar, Sam, Scooter, Baby and Squeak.

Kay is predeceased by her brother, Ted Seiders, and sister, Carol Tillman.

Graveside service for Kay will be held on Monday, September 16, 2024, at 11:00 AM in Good Shepard Cemetery, 160 Tuckerton Road, Reading, PA 19605. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made in Kay’s memory to The Alzheimer Association, or The Animal Rescue League of Berks County.
