June Wolfe

June S. Wolfe, 91, formerly of Reading, passed away Sunday, August 20, 2017 at 7:15 pm in Country Meadows of Wyomissing where she resided for the past two years. She was the wife of the late Reverend Ralph D. Wolfe who passed away December 4, 1994. Born in Reading, Mrs. Wolfe was the daughter of the late Charles A. and Ruth N. (Godshall) Gerhart. She was a 1944 graduate of Reading High School and was a member of First Baptist Church in Reading. She is survived by her daughter Karen L. Lucas, wife of Thomas C. Lucas of Lower Heidelberg Township and her beloved grandchildren Thomas Ryan Lucas and Kara Hope Lucas. Mrs. Wolfe was preceded in death by her sister Florence G. Dublin.
Funeral Service will be held in Bean Funeral Home 3825 Penn Ave. Sinking Spring, Friday, August 25, 2017 at 11:00 am. Reverend Dr. David R. Skinner will officiate. Interment will follow in Forest Hills Memorial Park. The family will receive relatives and friends in Bean Funeral Home Friday 10:00-11:00 am.
