Julia (Mondello) Calvaresi, 90, of Reading passed away Wednesday, August 4, 2021 in Keystone Villa – Fleetwood. Born in Brooklyn, New York she was the daughter of the late John Baptista Mondello and Catherine (Guadagnino) Mondello. Julia was kind, loving, and had a very gentle soul which gave her the role of the matriarch of the family. Not only was she the mother to her own beautiful children but to neighborhood children and friends. She and her husband, Anthony, would cook and entertain for holidays and every Sunday after mass for anyone who wanted to come. She was loved and respected by everyone. No matter where she went people approached her, whether they knew her or they just wanted to compliment her hair or ensemble. She always responded with a hug and kisses. Julia had a deep love for her family, adoring her grandchildren and great grandchildren, and always looked forward to spending Fourth of July with them in North Wildwood, New Jersey every year and at family gatherings throughout the year.
Julia is survived by her loving children; Dominic J. Calvaresi, of Timonium, MD, Anthony Calvaresi, Jr., of Reading, Ann Marie Calvaresi-Barr, wife of David P.
