Julia Burian

Julia V. Burian, 92, of Brecknock Twp., passed away November 24, 2010 at 6:40 PM in Mifflin Center where she resided since September 25th. She was the wife of John R. Burian who passed away November 7, 1991. Born in Summit, NJ on January 21, 1918, she was the daughter of the late Joseph A. and Effie (Kabash) Kakassy.

She was a member of St. John Baptist de LaSalle RCC in Shillington; Exxon Annuatant Club of Sunnyside, NJ; Moose Lodge in Linden, NJ; Women's Rosary Club of St. John's RCC in Clark, NJ; Primetimers of St. John Baptist de LaSalle RCC in Shillington; AARP Club of Linden, NJ and a former member of St. Margaret's RCC of Reading and St. John RCC in Clark, NJ.

Surviving are a daughter Carol Ann (Burian) Gouger with whom she resided and a grandson Robert Dale Gouger of Reading. She was predeceased by her seven siblings.
