Judith Helwig

Judith A. Helwig, 75, of Exeter Township, passed away Thursday, July 27, 2017 in Reading Hospital. She was the wife of the late John R. Helwig who passed away February 10, 2017. Born in Reading Mrs. Helwig was the daughter of the late Howard W. and Alice J. (Reinhard) Weidman. She was an Admissions Supervisor at St. Joseph Medical Center for 27 years and later was Practice Manager at Southern Berks Family Medicine for 17 years. Mrs. Helwig is survived by her sons Jeffrey J. Helwig, husband of Karen D. Helwig of Lower Alsace Township and John H. Helwig, husband of Deanna L. Helwig of Exeter Township and her grandchildren Petty Officer John A. Helwig, husband of Alexa Helwig and Amber D. Helwig.
Graveside Service will be held in Schwarzwald Cemetery at the convenience of the family. In lieu of flowers contributions may be made to the charity of one's choice in memory of Mrs. Judith A.
