Josephine Fryzol-Paine

Josephine R. "Josie" Fryzol-Paine, 95, formerly of Reading, passed away on Saturday, August 1st at Lehigh Valley Hospital, where she had been a patient for a day.

Born in Reading, she was the daughter of the late Joseph Jordan and Josephine (Cariola) Jordan, and widow of the late Lester S. Paine, who passed away February 3, 1995.

With her husband, she owned and operated Les and Josie's Hillside Haven, formerly Blind Hartman's Hotel in Muhlenberg Twp. for 32 years, retiring in 1988.

She is survived by her son: Joseph L. Fryzol, husband of Joyce L. (Baker) Fryzol of Fleetwood; and a daughter: Mary Jo (Fryzol) Simmons of Allentown, with whom she resided.

There are also 6 grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren.

She was predeceased by her sisters.
