Jonathan Mcdonald

Jonathan Joseph McDonald was born July 14, 1992 in West Reading, PA to his parents John and Stephanie S. (Perez) McDonald. Jonathan was currently a freshman at Temple University having been awarded a merit scholarship for the Honors Program in the studies of Psychology.

Jonathan played for Conrad Weiser Lacrosse for 4 years as a defender and aided the team to achieve the title of 4 time Berks County Champions. In 2007, he was a member of Conrad Weiser Soccer Team County Champions and played left outside midfielder during his freshman thru his junior years. In 2009 he was named 2nd team All County Defender and in 2010 he was named 1st team All County Defender. Jonathan was a 2010 graduate of Conrad Weiser High School and was enrolled in the Gifted program from grades 2 thru 12.

Jonathan passed away March 23, 2011 in Temple University Hospital at the age of 18. He leaves to cherish his memories; parents, John and Stephanie McDonald; brother, Matthew A. McDonald; maternal grandmother, Lidia Santacruz of Blandon; aunts, Nancy McDonald, Melissa Panek, Marcella McDonald, Amy Tripple, Frances Perez and Connie Dominguez; uncles, Joseph McDonald and Orlando Perez; cousins, Alexander Dominguez, Adrian Dominguez, Autumn Hill, Hannah Hill, Sarah Panek, Ethan Panek, Ava Tripple and Lily Tripple.
