Jolynn Koveleski

Jolynn J. Koveleski (Hafer), 51, of Pottstown, formerly of Reading passed away on Thursday, February 10, 2022, with her loving family by her side. Jolynn was the wife of Paul J. Koveleski whom she shared 22 years, 11 of which they were married. Born in Reading, she was the daughter of the late Foster J. Hafer, and Carol K. (Wertz), of Pottstown. Jolynn was a graduate of Reading High School and went on to serve as an administrator for many various construction companies which is where she met her husband. She loved going for car rides and road trips, she enjoyed photography and turning those pictures into stories scrapbooking, Jolynn loved to bake even having an in-home baking business. Her favorite holiday was Christmas and loved collecting nutcrackers. She liked to go to bingo with her family and friends and enjoyed scratch-off lottery tickets. Many evenings she could be found out at the local diner drinking tea and playing Megatouch. Most of all Jolynn was a great mom and loved being a mom to her son Leo, never missing any of his baseball games.

Jolynn is survived by her husband Paul J. Koveleski, of Pottstown, her son, Leo, her mother, Carol K. Hafer (Wertz), her aunts, Ruth Sfingas, Elizabeth Vogel, Barbara Wertz, and her loving friend/caretaker, Sandie Raegler.

A Celebration of Jolynn’s Life will be held in Bean Funeral Homes, 1605 Rockland Street, Reading, on Friday, February 18, 2022, at 11:30. Amy Landis, Certified Celebrant to officiate. Interment will follow in Berks County Memorial Gardens. The family will receive guests and friends in Bean Funeral Home, Reading on Friday, from 10:00 AM to 11:30 AM.
