John Paul Trygar, 75, of Spring Township, passed away January 27, 2010 at 11:59 am in his residence of natural causes. He was the husband of Charlotte A. (Spehar) Trygar. Born in Reading, he was the son of the late John and Michalina(Moraczynski) Trygar. Mr. Trygar was a 1952 graduate of Reading High School, 1963 graduate of Kutztown University with a Bachelors degree in Education and a 1971 graduate of The Catholic University in Washington, DC with a Juris Doctorate degree. He was an attorney for United States Merit Systems Protection Office of Appeals in Washington for 30 years, retiring in 2001. He served in the United States Army during peacetime era and was a member of the Military Marching Band stationed in Berlin. He was a member of St. John Baptist de la Salle RCC in Shillington, member of Olivet Boys Club Marching Band, member of Knights of Columbus Commodore John Berry Assembly Council in Arlington, VA serving as Grand Knight for 2 years, President of Polish Club of Northern Virginia for 2 years and a member of Christians in Commerce, Northern Virginia. In addition to his wife, he is survived by his daughter, Christine A. wife of Peter Noll of Manassas, VA, his sons, Paul B. Trygar, Thomas J. Trygar, John P. Trygar, II all of Herndon, VA and his grandson, Zachary R. Noll. Mr. Trygar was preceded in death by his siblings, Andrew and Joseph Trygar, Helen Delp, Anna Wiczorek and Josephine Schuyler.
