John Stoudt

John M. Stoudt, 48, of Heidelberg Twp., passed away April 10, 2011 in the Reading Hospital Post Acute Care Rehabilitation Center where he was a patient since March 28th. He was the husband of Catherine A. (Switay) Stoudt. Born in Reading on August 27, 1962, he was the son of the late James F. and Margaret (Milshaw) Stoudt.

John was a 1980 graduate of Governor Mifflin High School and received a BS degree in Business in 1984 from Penn State University.

He was employed as the Assistant Treasurer of Bank of PA which became M & T Bank from 1986 until 1992. He was a work group planner and inside salesman for Weidenhammer Systems Corp. from 1997 until last working March 16th. He worked concurrently at Radio Shack as a sales associate for 25 years until February of 2011.

In addition to his wife, he is survived by a daughter Sarah E. Stoudt and a son Stephen N. Stoudt both at home, and a brother James M. Stoudt and a sister Jean M. (Stoudt) wife of Rodney L. Moyer both of Shillington and two nephews Ryan L. Moyer and Rodney L. Moyer, Jr.

John served as the Treasurer for the Society for Chronic Pain Management for many years, a member of the Sons of the American Revolution and was a Boy Scout Den Leader of Pack # 432 St. Ingnatius.
