John Abrams

John W. Abrams, 78, passed away Tuesday, November 1, 2022 at 12:00 pm at Keystone Villa, Fleetwood.  Born in Reading, Mr. Abrams was the son of the late Willard J. and Cynthia L. (Reider) Abrams.  He was a graduate of Reading High School and received an associate degree in Food Service from Paul Smith College, Saranec Lake, New York.  Mr. Abrams was Director of Food Service at Twin Valley School District until his retirement.  He is survived by his 4 cousins and his close friend, Elizabeth M. Sterley, wife of Robert Houlihan of Muhlenberg Township.

Graveside Service will be held at Schwarzwald Cemetery 4555 Oley Turnpike Road, Exeter Township, Wednesday, November 9, 2022 at 11:00 am.  In lieu of flowers contributions may be made to Veterans Making A Difference 2412 Spring Street, West Lawn, PA 19609 in memory of Mr. John W.
