Jeannette Flores

December 24, 1964 — February 5, 2010

Jeannette K. Flores, of Bethel, formerly of Reading, passed away on Friday, February 5, 2010 at 1:10 p.m. at Hershey Medical Center, where she had been a patient since January 31st.


Born in Reading, she was a daughter of David N. "Red" Freeman, husband of Judy A. Freeman of Temple and Patricia M. "Pat" (Ziss) Bowman of Bethel.


She was the wife of Rodolfo Flores of Bethel.


She worked in home health care throughout her career, last working for the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania at the Hamburg Center for the Physically and Mentally Handicapped for the last two years.


In addition to her parents and husband, she is survived by sons: David L. Tipsword Jr. and Bryan N. Tipsword of Reading, and three grandchildren: Gianna, Anthony, Grace.


She is also survived by her maternal grandmother: Marion I. Heck of Reading; sisters: Wanda (Emerick) Engrin of Wyoming, Barbara (Phillips) Cox of Carlisle, Love Hook of Hershey; a brother Todd M. Freeman of Bethel; a step brother Michael Himmelbergerof Leesport; and several nieces and nephews.


She was pre deceased by a daughter in law: Desiree Tipswood, who passed away on May 28, 2009.
