Jeanne Hoffmaster

Jeanne K. Hoffmaster, 94, formerly of Shillington, passed away Monday, November 21, 2016 at 2:00 am in Berks Heim. She was the wife of the late Robert J. Hoffmaster who passed away January 1, 2010. Born in Shillington, Mrs. Hoffmaster was the daughter of the late Raymond W. and Mude (Eberly) Dickinson. She was a 1940 graduate of Shillington High School and was a member of Holy Spirit Lutheran Church, Reading. Mrs. Hoffmaster was employed by Fairy Silk Mill in Shillington as a seamstress then as a saleswomen at Boscov's North and until her retirement she was employed by Alcon as a packer. She was a member of Amaranth Court 61 Order of Eastern Star. Mrs. Hoffmaster is survived by her daughter Linda J. Field of Wyomissing, her grandsons Christopher Field, husband of Padget Field and Peter Field, husband of Ashley Field along with her great grandson Baker Field. Also surviving are several nieces and nephews.
Funeral Service will be held in Bean Funeral Home, 129 East Lancaster Ave. Shillington, Monday November 28, 2016 at 10:00 am. Reverend Kerry L. Hicks will officiate. Interment will follow in Forest Hills Memorial Park. The family will receive relatives and friends Monday, November 28, 2016 from 9:00-10:00 am. In lieu of flowers contributions may be made to Holy Spirit Lutheran Church 421 Windsor Street, Reading, PA 19601 in memory of Mrs. Jeanne K. Hoffmaster.
