Jean Scrimshaw

Jean E. Scrimshaw, 84, of West Lawn, passed away on Friday, November 21, 2008 at home.

Born in Chicago, she was the daughter of Henrietta (McClure) Taylor.

She was a 1942 graduate of Schenley High School in Pittsburgh.

She was last employed as an office worker for Fromm Electric for 5 years, retiring in 1992.

Survivors include a daughter: Sharon (Scrimshaw) Fox, wife of Solon Fox, with whom Mrs. Scrimshaw resided, and a son: Robert C. Scrimshaw, partner of Tina M. Scherer of Shillington.

There are also six step grandchildren, nine step great grandchildren, and six step great great grandchildren.
