Jane R. Jackson, 93, formerly of Reading, passed away November 18, 2015 in Berkshire Commons.
She was the widow of James W. Jackson who passed away March 12, 1982.
Born in Reading, she was the daughter of the late Russell C. and Ruth R. (Lutz) Ludwig.
A 1939 graduate of Reading High School and a member of Hope Lutheran Church, Reading.
Jane enjoyed traveling, the beach and was deeply devoted to her family.
Survivors include son David R. Jackson, widower of Carol A., Mohnton; grandchildren Brian J. Jackson, husband of Tiffany, Sinking Spring; Christine M. Kurtz, wife of Michael R., East Earl; three great-grandchildren Lexi, Cameryn and Lauren; sister Annabelle M. Deiseroth, widow of Melvin G., Muhlenberg Park.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made in Jane's memory to Hope Lutheran Church, 105 W. Greenwich St., Reading, PA 19601.
Graveside services will be held on Tuesday, November 24, 2015 at 11:00am in Forest Hills Memorial Park, 390 W. Neversink Road, Reading, PA 19606, Rev. Mary E. Wolfe to officiate.
