Jane Gegenheimer

Jane K. Gegenheimer, 86, of Riverview Park, passed away peacefully on August 31, 2015 in The Reading Hospital. Jane was born in Staten Island, New York on February 3, 1929, the daughter of Harry L. and Alice R. (Menard) Kneisly. She was predeceased by her husband Edwin R. Gegenheimer, and by her first husband J. Richard Wagner.
She was a graduate of Reading High School and Linden Hall College, and was the church secretary at St. Thomas U.C. C. of Reading for many years.
Jane is survived by her three sons: Richard S. Wagner, husband of Sharon Wells Wagner of West Lawn; J. David Wagner, husband of Betty Wagner of Aldama, Mexico; Terry S. Wagner, of Riverview Park, fiancAC. of Suzanne Leach Magrowski of Shillington; and three grandchildren.
She is also survived by her step-daughter Ginger L. Spinka-Gegenheimer of Temple, and her step-son Edwin R. Gegenheimer, Jr. of Pine Grove.
The family requests that in lieu of flowers contributions be made to the Animal Rescue League, P. O. Box 69, Mohnton, PA 19540.
Graveside services will be held Tuesday, September 8, 2015 at 1:00pm, in Forest Hills Memorial Park, 391 West Neversink Road, Reading, PA 19606, Rev. Mark R. Rigg officiating.
