James Trostle

James Warren Trostle, 73, of Spring Township, passed away Sunday, July 2, 2017 at 6:10 pm in his home. He was the husband of the late Loretta J. (Boyd) Trostle who passed away in February 2015. Born in Reading, Mr. Trostle was the son of the late Clarence and Helen (Haag) Trostle. He served in the United States Army during Vietnam. Mr. Trostle was an inspector at Car Tech and was the owner of James Trostle's Mailing Lists & print and mail service. He was a member of American Legion Post 635; VFW and Vietnam Veterans Association. Mr. Trostle is survived by his step children Valerie D. Diefenderfer, wife of Jan M. Diefenderfer of Robesonia; Marta S. Stoudt, wife of William Stoudt of Reading and Todd J. Missitti, husband of Kathy Missitti of Arizona. He was preceded in death by his infant daughter Karen Trostle and his step daughter Kim A. Moyer along with his siblings Gerald C. Trostle; Miriam Straub; Phyllis Stanley; Darlene Shirk and Alberta Angelisanti.
Graveside Service with Military Honors will be held in Berks County Memorial Gardens, 201 Evansville Road, Fleetwood, Friday, July 7, 2017 at 10:00 am. Amy S. Landis, Certified Celebrant will officiate. In lieu of flowers contributions may be made to the Animal Rescue League of Berks County 58 Kennel Road, Birdsboro, PA 19508 in memory of Mr. James Warren Trostle.
