James Rudolph

James Rudolph, 74, of Spring Township, passed away September 23, 2009 at 4:00 pm in Berkshire Center a resident for five days. He was the husband of Jeanne Y.(Grey) Rudolph. He was born in Bethlehem and was a graduate of Easton High School. He also attended Northampton County Area Community College and Penn State University-York Campus. He served in the United States Marine Corp from 1953-1955. Mr. Rudolph was employed by MetEd from 1967-1994 retiring as Corporate Director of Human Resources. He served as advisor to Junior Achievement in York County, was past board member of the Children's Home in Reading, was past member of Berks County Senior Citizen's Council and had a large following in the Berks County Wrestling Community as well as a rabid sports enthusiast. In addition to his wife, Mr. Rudolph is survived by his son Michael J. husband of Jaine Rudolph of Winchester, VA and his daughters, Vicky L. Rudolph of Dallas, TX and Judith A. Rudolph wife of Robert Lyons of Boston, Mass. along with his grandchildren, Amanda M. Durham, Benjamin P. Metcalfe, Jacob S. Metcalfe, Samantha E. Fitzmaurice wife of Joshua Fitzmaurice, Estefania Romero and Cameron M. Lyons and his great grandchild Aiden N. Colligan.
