Jack Mast

Jack R. Mast, 71, of Sinking Spring, passed away December 8, 2010 in Phoebe Berks Healthcare Center wher he resided since December 3rd. He was the husband of Carol E. (Showers) Mast. Born in Reading on August 20, 1939, he was the son of the late John Aaron Mast and Dorothy E. (Richards) Mast.

Mr. Mast was a 1959 graduate of Reading High School and served in the US Army during peacetime. He was employed for 34 years as a fork lift mechanic by Luden's Candy. Jack was a member of Glad Tidings Assembly of God.

Surviving in addition to his wife are 2 sons Todd T. Mast of Temple and Timothy P. Mast husband of Kathleen (Bear) Mast of Muhlenberg Twp.; 2 daughters Kim N. (Mast) wife of Ricky L. Keller of Muhlenberg Twp. and Lori L. Mast of Robeson Twp.; 2 grandchildren Angelique S. Gensemer and Joshua Aaron Keller.

In lieu of flowers contributions may be made to the family to help defray funeral expenses.
