Jack Boyer

Jack A. Boyer of Reading passed away on Thursday, March 29, 2018 at Saint Joseph's Hospital. Born in Reading, he was the son of the late Paul Boyer and Florence M. (Hiller) Boyer. Jack was a proud member of the WWII Pacific Theater. He is survived by his daughter MaryAnn (Boyer) Mierzejewski, wife of Edward of Reading; brother Gary J. Boyer, husband of Rose of Mohnton; sister Sandi Boyer of Emmaus; two grandsons, Brett Yoh, husband of Kristen of Baltimore and Kevin Yoh at home. Jack is also survived by several nieces and nephews; George Mitchell, husband of Donna of Kutztown; Christopher of Mohnton; Sean Dempsey, husband of Danielle of Allentown; and Silvie Dempsey-Nichols; and several great nieces and nephews. He is predeceased by his nephew Kevin Boyer and his sister Patricia.
Funeral Services will be held at the convenience of the family. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the local Veteran Affair's Office.
