Helen Koch

Helen T. Koch, 87, formerly of Crestview Ave., Shillington, passed away Sunday, December 11, 2016 at 12:30 pm in Berks Heim. She was the wife of the late LeVerne A. Koch who passed away January 31, 2001. Born in Reading, Mrs. Koch was the daughter of the late Eustach and Lena T. (Schmidt) Schaefer. She was a graduate of Philadelphia School of Art and was employed by Thomas Body Parts in Reading in the payroll department. Mrs. Koch is survived by her children Barbara A. Reitz, wife of Bernard Reitz of Fleetwood; Brenda J. Blank, wife of Michael Blank of Cumru Township and Kenneth A. Koch, husband of Kim Koch of Gouglersville along with her grandchildren Gary, Kerry and Kyle and her great grandchildren Shelby and Brody. The family would like to extend their gratitude to the nursing staff at Berks Heim for the care they provided to their mother.
