Helen Heine

Helen H. Heine, 92, of Shillington, passed away July 14, 2010 at 6:30 am in the residence of her son, Philip H. husband of Ilse M. Heine of Palmyra where she was lovingly cared for during her final illness. She was the wife of the late Howard H. Heine who passed away July 13, 2002. Born in Reading, she was the daughter of the late Vincent and Anna (Miskowiak) Smaglinski. Mrs. Heine was employed by Bachman Industries in Reading for 17 years, retiring in 1983. She was a member of St. John Baptist de la Salle Roman Catholic Church. Helen will be missed by her many friends, neighbors and loved ones. In addition to her son, she is survived by her daughter, Sharon A. Breen of Lansdale, grandchildren, Lori E., Erik D. and Kevin G. Breen, David P. husband of Rebecca S. Heine and Lisa M. wife of Rodney Landsberg along with her great granddaughter, Jessica M. Landsberg. She was preceded in death by her brothers, Joseph and John Smaglinski and William V. Smith.
