Harold Fasig

Harold I. Fasig, 79, of Reading, passed away March 11, 2011 at 2:00 pm in his residence. Born in Reading he was the son of the late William and Loretta (Huey) Fasig. He was employed by Consolidated Freightways for 43 years, retiring October of 1993. He served in the United States Army during peacetime in the 7th Army 651st Medical Ambulatory Battalion in Germany. He enjoyed 1960-1970's Reading Fairgrounds Stock Car Racing, buying and selling antuques, and building and restoring street rods. He is survived by his sons, Denny I. husband of Theresa Fasig of Leesport, Michael W. husband of Wendy L. Fasig with whom he last resided, Troy R., Sr. husband of Rhonda L. Fasig of Reading along with his grandchildren Kayla M. wife of Eric M. Garcia, Seth M., Troy R. Jr., Miranda J., Valerie M., Allison A. and Caleigh J.
