Germaine J. Gemzik

Germaine J. (Macaravage), 88, of Wernersville, formerly of Willow Grove, passed away on Monday, January 27, 2025, at Phoebe Berks, Health Care Center. She was the loving wife to Raphael “Ralph” M. Gemzik, whom she shared almost 66 years of marriage with. Born in Plains, PA, Germaine was the daughter of the late, Joseph Macaravage and Charlotte (Rozanski). Germaine was a graduate of Marymount High School, class of 1954, and went on to work as a Health Care Clerk for Abington School District.

In addition to her husband Raphael, Germaine is survived by her sons, Brian Gemzik, husband of Roseann, of Perkasie, Michael Gemzik, husband of Caryn, of Willow Grove, and David Gemzik, husband of Tracey, of Norristown. She is also survived by her grandchildren, Zachary, Brett, Ethan, Casey, Christen, Gabriel, and Abigail.

Germaine is predeceased by her daughter, Cheryl Ann, who passed away in 1965, and her brother, Joseph Macaravage.
