Georgene Strunk

On Saturday, November 27th, Georgene A. Strunk, 74, peacefully passed away surrounded by her family, at the Reading Hospital.

She is survived by her husband of 55 years, Carl P. Strunk, Jr. and three children; two daughters Stephanie, wife of Steven Convry of Bernville and Stacia Strunk of Sinking Spring and a son Stephen, husband of Joanne Strunk of Wernersville. There are six grandchildren: Valerie, Jennifer, Lindsey, Kerry, Kevin and Zachary as well as 5 great grandchildren.

Born in West Lawn, PA to the late George K. and Dottie H. Parsons, Georgene is also survived by two brothers: Ladd and Todd Parsons.

Georgene was a graduate of Wilson High School Class of 1954. She enjoyed gardening, cooking and spending time in the mountains with Sonny.
