George Wilson, Jr

George H. Wilson, Jr., 79, of Mohnton, passed away Wednesday, November 22, 2017 in Reading Hospital. Born in Coatesville, he was the son of the late George H. Wilson, Sr. and Mary E. (Swarner) Ludwick. Mr. Wilson was a graduate of Downingtown High School and served in the United States Army. He was a tractor trailer driver for various companies and retired from MS Yearsley in West Chester as a mechanic. Mr. Wilson was a member of Crusin Classics of Chester County. He is survived by his sister Ruth Ann Groff, wife of Paul L. Groff, Sr. of Mount Joy.
Celebration of Life Gathering to share memories will be held in Bean Funeral Homes & Crematory, 3825 Penn Ave. Sinking Spring, Thursday, November 30, 2017 from 2:00-4:00 pm. Interment will be held at the convenience of the family. In lieu of flowers contributions may be made to the Animal Rescue League of Berks County 58 Kennel Road, Birdsboro, PA 19508 in memory of Mr. George H.
