George Raymond Fix Jr., age 91, of Manitowoc, WI and formerly of Reading, entered into heaven Saturday evening, November 21, 2015 at his home with his daughter at his side.

He is survived by two sons and one daughter: George R. Fix III, Laureldale, PA; Darryl D. (Jill) Fix, Kempton, PA; and Cynthia J.( Terry) Rhodes, Manitowoc, WI; twelve grandchildren, Brooke Fix, Sondra (Larry) Valeriano, Brandon Smith, Justin Smith, Cheyenne Smith, Jennifer (Abraham) Colchado, Wendy Roque, Nicole (Matthew) Boyle, Ashley (Julio) Delgado, Alexis Rhodes, Nolan Fix, Colby Fix: nine great-grandchildren; Brayden and Brittney Roque, Kai and Rhian Colchado, Courtlynn and Carly Boyle, Bailey Rhodes, Olivia Delgado and Gianni Valeriano; along with other relatives and friends surviving. He will be missed by his beloved dog and companion, Badger and Beasley, his feline friend.

George was a very caring, gentle and giving father, grandfather, great-grandfather, uncle, brother- in- law and friend. Most importantly he was a child of God. In his younger years he enjoyed roller skating, hunting and playing the Hawaiian steel guitar. In his later years he loved watching old westerns, putting puzzles together, listening to music, playing poker, playing his harmonica and reading the comics on Sunday afternoons. He always enjoyed visits from friends and family. He had a crazy sense of humor, would break out in song and would cheer everyone up who walked into his presence.
