George F. D’Agostino Jr., 56 of Jamaica, NY, passed away on Monday, July 3, 2023 at Jamaica Hospital. Born in Queens Village, New York, George was the son of the late George F. D’Agostino Sr. and Patricia (Goodridge).

In addition to his mother, Patricia, George is survived by his son George, his loving companion for over 23 years, Caroline Slattery, and her children, whom he loved and raised as his own, Kelly Figueroa, Patricia Slattery, and Michael Slattery. George is also survived by his siblings, Michael D’Agostino, Gina Chohan, Thomas D’Agostino, Denise Casamassima, Diane Fazio, and Anna D’Agostino, and his many nieces and nephews.

George is predeceased by his father George D’Agostino Sr. and daughter, Brianna.

Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at Saint Catharine of Siena Roman Catholic Church Chapel, 2427 Perkiomen Ave. Mount Penn, PA 19606, Wednesday, July 12, 2023 at 10:00 AM. Reverend Brian M. Miller, Celebrant. The family will receive relatives and friends in Bean Funeral Home, 6 Fairlane Road, Reading, PA 19606, on Tuesday, July 11, 2023 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM, and on Wednesday, July 12 from 8:15 AM to 9:15 AM. Graveside Service for George will be held at Gethsemane Cemetery, Chapel of St. George, 3139 Kutztown Road, Reading, PA 19605 on Thursday, July 13, 2023 at 10:00 AM.
