George Clark, Dmd

George B. Clark, DMD, 75, of Penn Township, passed away Tuesday, December 14, 2021 at 7:35 am in his residence.  He was the husband of Cheryl A. (Smith) Clark.  Born in West Grove, PA, Dr. Clark was the son of the late Ralph and Bernice (Brown) Clark.  He was a member of Grace Bible Fellowship Church, Reading where he served as a Sunday School Teacher for 40 years and an Elder.    Dr. Clark was a 1964 graduate of Wilson High School, attended Albright College for 2 years and received his Doctorate in Dental Medicine from the University Of Pittsburgh School Of Dentistry.  He served as a dentist in the United States Army at Fort Lewis, Washington for 2 years.  Dr. Clark  served on Shillington Borough Council for 7 years, enjoyed playing golf, traveling and coached Governor Mifflin High School Football.  In addition to his wife, Dr. Clark is survived by his children Timothy G. Clark, husband of Dr. Jennifer S. Clark of Penn Township; Allison J. Baum, wife of Shane M. Baum of West Lawn; Jeremy A. Clark, husband of Rebecca L. Clark of Sinking Spring and his 13 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren.  He is also survived by his half-brother Hal Cloud of Maryland and his half-sister Joanne Arrowood of Oxford, PA.

Funeral Service will be held at Bean Funeral Home 129 East Lancaster Ave. Shillington at the convenience of the family.  Reverend Randall A. Grossman will officiate.  Interment will follow at Pleasant View Cemetery.  Online condolences may be made at www.beanfuneralhomes.com
