Gene Beliveau

Gene M. Beliveau, 91, of Spring Twp., passed away June 7, 2010 at 9:53 PM in ManorCare Health Services, Spring Twp., where he resided since May 28th. He was the husband of Helen M. (Shindledecker) Beliveau. Born in Lawrence, MA on May 8, 1919, he was the son of the late Peter H. and Octive (Coream) Beliveau.

Mr. Beliveau served in the U.S. Army during World War 2. He was employed as a nursing assistant at the VA Hospital in Erie, PA for 20 years retiring in 1973.

Surviving in addition to his wife are a daughter Linda S. (Willison) McCrea with whom he resided; a son Robert L. Willison husband of Barbara Willison of Townsend, DE; 4 grandchildren Bryan McCrea of Harrisburg, Cindy Ojea of Sinking Spring, Michael Willison of Haddonfield, NJ and Stephen Willison of Havertown, PA; 8 great grandchildren and 2 sisters Doris widow of Thomas Powers and Dorothy widow of George Mioglionico both of Paxton, MA. He was predeceased by 3 brothers Ernest, Herve and Andrew Beliveau and a sister Lillian Lyons.
