Gary Vaughan

Gary L. Vaughan, 66, of Sinking Spring, passed away on Friday, July 31st, 2009 at Milton S. Hershey Medical Center, where he had been a patient since June 15th.

Born in Coal Center, PA, he was the son of Constance H. (Edwards) Vaughan of West Lawn and the late Eugene D. Vaughan.

He was the husband of Mary Louise (Doyne) Vaughan. The couple shared 45 wonderful years of marriage.

He was a 1960 graduate of California High School, and a member of St. Ignatius Loyola R.C.C. He worked as a self employed fuel consultant for the last twenty years. He also enjoyed golfing, and loved spending time with his family.

In addition to his wife and his mother, he is survived by his daughters: Jessica A. (Vaughan), wife of Aaron J. Orrell of Sinking Spring; and Jennifer A. Vaughan of Sinking Spring.

There is also one grandson: Jacob A. of Sinking Spring.

He is also survived by a brother: Jay Vaughan of Sinking Spring.

In addition to his father, he was predeceased by a son: Peter M. Vaughan, who passed away on June 5, 1991, and a brother: Bruce Vaughan.
