Surviving in addition to his parents are his brother Axel Ocasio, his sister Emily both at home, his paternal grandmother Ramona Crespo of Belleville, NJ, paternal grandfather Angel L. Ocasio Sr. of Homestead, FL, maternal grandparents Dominogo Rivera and Dora Gomez of Arroyo, Puerto Rico.
