Frances Savage

Frances A. Savage, 98, a resident of Mifflin Court, passed away Saturday, November 28, 2015 at 3:25 am in Reading Hospital. She was the wife of the late Lester L. Savage who passed away in May of 1980. Born in Reading she was the daughter of the late Joseph and Ann(Skorazewski)Demkovic. She was a member of First United Church of Christ in Wernersville. Mrs. Savage is survived by her son Stephen E. Savage of Shillington and her daughter Linda Lee Smith, wife of Allan Smith of Mount Penn and was preceded in death by her son Larry E. Savage in 1997. She is also survived by her grandchildren Kelly, Stephanie, Tina, Derek, Justin and Christopher along with her 13 great grandchildren and 1 great great grandchild. Also surviving are her sisters Ginny Clevenger of Gibraltar and Florence Maurer of Maryland.
Funeral Services will be held in Bean Funeral Home, 3825 Penn Ave. Sinking Spring, Friday, December 4, 2015 at 10:30 am. Reverend S. Wayne Rissmiller will officiate.
