Frances P. Collins “Cookie”, 77, of Harrisburg, passed away on Sunday, March 16, 2025 at the Northern Dauphin Nursing & Rehabilitation. Born in Jersey City, New Jersey, she was the daughter of the late Joseph Alexander Collins and Helena Barbara (Swicicki).
During her life, she worked for many years as a Clerk for Pathmark. Cookie loved playing video games with her kids and family, including Zelda, Monkey ball, Mario cart, and Mahjong. She enjoyed movies, roller coasters, dancing, oldies music, and in her younger years riding horses. Cookie was a 49ners and Steelers fan and an avid animal lover.
She is survived by her children, Celeste M. Katseyeanis, of ME; Jesse W. Warnick, husband of Sallijean Warnick, of New Castle, DE; Noel J. Townely, of CA; William D. Warnick, of Queens, New York; Grayson D. Collins, of Brooklyn, New York; Asia A. Collins, of Harrisburg; 5 grandchildren; sister, Sharon L. Gaeta, widow of Robert Anthony Gaeta, of Sinking Spring; and several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her brothers, Jerry Collins and Thomas Collins.
Services are private and at convenience of the family. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital or The World Wildlife Fund (WWF), in memory of Frances P. Collins.
