Francene D. Forbes, 70, of Sinking Spring, PA, passed away the morning of October 4, 2015 in The Reading Hospital.
Born in Sacramento, CA, she was the daughter of the late Francis J. and Marion B. (Blegen) Azevedo.
Francene was employed by the Sacramento County in CA as a Program Manager.
Francene was an avid animal lover, a past rock hound, appreciator of antiques and loving grandmother.
Survivors include her son Peter J. Forbes, husband of Carol I. Forbes, in Sinking Spring; three grandchildren Heather D., Andrew J. and Rhona M. Forbes. She is also survived by extended family in the Sacramento, CA area.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made in Mrs. Forbes' memory to Animal Rescue League, P.O. Box 69, Mohnton, PA 19540 and/or American Heart Association, 212 East Broad St. Bethlehem, PA 18018, or similar charities.
Services will be held privately in California.
