Floyd A. Angstadt, 88, of Blandon, passed away on December 29, 2015 at St. Joseph Medical Center.
Born in Douglassville, he was the son of the late Charles E. and Edna E. (Buchert) Angstadt.
Floyd was employed as a meat cutter for Berks Meat Packing for 23 years. He was a loving husband and father.
He was predeceased by 6 siblings.
Floyd is survived by his wife: Marguerite D. Angstadt, Children: Robert C. Angstadt, husband of Miriam R. of Leesport, James P. Angstadt, husband of Joan C. of Fleetwood, and Patti J. Albright, wife of Terry L. of Bern Twp. Grandchildren: Timothy J. Angstadt, Kurt A. Albright, Robert S. Angstadt, Laurie B. Haberern, Jamie L. Gradoville, and Jenna M. Angstadt, 8 great-grandchildren. Sisters: Fern A. Aulenbach of Kenhorst and Virginia E. Souders of York, PA.
A service will be held at Bean Funeral Home, N.16th and Rockland Streets, Hampden Heights, on Saturday, January 2, 2016 at 10:00AM. The family will receive friends and relatives from 9-10:00AM. The interment will follow at Charles Evans Cemetery.
