Filomena Schein, 89, of Wernersville, passed away on January 28, 2016 at Phoebe Berks Health Care Center.
Born in Chester, PA she was the daughter of the late Anthony and Josephine (Pregnazzato) Tallierchio.
Filomena was employed as a wrapper for Luden's for 50 years, retiring in 1993. She later worked as a Cafeteria Aid for Governor Mifflin School District. She was a life member of the Ladies Auxiliary of Grill Fire Co., a member of Eastern Star, and Friendly Circle of Stuyvesant Village.
She was predeceased by her Husband: Ralph M. Schein, brothers: Orlando Guido and George Tallierchio, and Sister: Rose Chambers.
She is survived by her step-children: Sharon M. Shanoskie, wife of Kenneth of Reading and Ralph M. Schein, Jr. 3 Step-grandchildren. Brothers: Santo Guido of Reading, Samuel Guido of Reading, and Antonio Guido of Wailuku, Hawaii. Sisters: Santina Bruckart of Whitfield and Josephine Fasig of Reading. Many nieces and nephews.
A Service will be held at Bean Funeral Home, 129 E. Lancaster Ave., Shillington, on Monday, February 1, 2016 at 11:00AM. The family will receive friends and relatives from 9:30-11:00AM. The interment will follow at Laureldale Cemetery.
