Fern Siggins

Fern M. Siggins, 92, of Reading passed away December 20, 2010 at 5:37 am in Spruce Manor Nursing and Rehabilitation Center. She was the wife of the late Edward C. Siggins who passed away July 2, 1996. Born in Reading she was the daughter of the late Francis D. and Florence V. (Rohrbach) Stitzer. Mrs. Siggins was employed by St. Lawrence Dairy in payroll for 10 1/2 years then by Handy Personnel for 15 years in general office work and then by Wetterau Foods in Temple as a central billing clerk for 10 1/2 years retiring August 1984. She was a member of St. Paul's United Church of Christ in Fleetwood. She is survived by her children Richard L. Siggins of Reading, Terry L. husband of Sandra A. Siggins of West Reading, Nancy L. wife of Jonathan A. Crothers of Lancaster, Kevin L. husband of Debra M. Siggins of Muhlenberg Township, brother Kenneth L. Stitzer of Lancaster County, 8 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren.
