Fern M. Ohnmeiss, 85, formerly of Reading, passed away Tuesday, June 23, 2015 at 5:05 am in ManorCare Health Services, West Reading where she resided since August 17, 2013.
She was the wife of the late Carl T. Ohnmeiss who passed away in 1975. Born in Reading she was the daughter of the late Catherine Q. (Carr) Sigmund.
She was a member of St. John's Lutheran Church in Reading and was a Certified Nursing Aide at Leader Nursing & Rehabilitation Center in West Reading for 16 years retiring in June of 1995.
She is survived by her son Theodore N. Englebach, husband of Lorraine Englebach of Reading and her daughter Jamie R. Englebach of Cross Keys, PA along with 2 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her sister Shirley George.
Interment will be held at the convenience of the family in Charles Evans Cemetery. Bean Funeral Homes & Cremation Services, North 16th & Rockland Streets, Hampden Heights is in charge of arrangements
