Fern Ervin

Fern L. Ervin, 90, of Wyomissing, passed away on Tuesday, April 6, 2021 at Maidencreek Place. She was the beloved wife of the late James A. “Jesse” Ervin who passed away on February 12, 2011. Born on February 11, 1931, she was the daughter of the late Roy Foreman and Ada (Entzminger). Fern was a graduate of Reading High School Class of 1948. She was secretary of her class. Fern enjoyed crocheting, embroidering and going to the casino. During her life she was a secretary for D. Blaine Watts for 24 years, retiring in 1994.

Fern is survived by her daughter, Barbara J. Debiec, widow of the late Richard Debiec, of Wernersville; son, James M. Ervin, husband of Janelle; grandchildren James Debiec and Alec Ervin; and several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her sister Evelyn Dell and brother Paul Foreman.
