Fern Bieber

Fern E. Bieber, 95, of Wyomissing, passed away Monday, September 19, 2022 at 3:30 pm at Columbia Cottage of Wyomissing.  She was the wife of the late Fred A. Bieber who passed away in 2006.  Born in Gibraltar, Mrs. Bieber was the daughter of the late John H. and Miriam M. (Focht) Messner.  She was a 1945 graduate of Birdsboro High School and was a member of St. John’s United Church of Christ in Gibraltar.  Mrs. Bieber was employed by Two Guy’s Department Store in Shillington and Baldwin Buick in Pottstown both in the administration department.  She is survived by her son Rodney F. Bieber, husband of Ellen L. Bieber of Alsace Township and her grandchildren Jennifer Furness, wife of James Furness; Thomas Bieber, husband of Erin Bieber; Kathleen Blatt, wife of Justin Blatt and her great grandchildren Stella, Finn, Charlotte.  Mrs. Bieber was preceded in death by her son Randy F. Bieber, December 16, 2017.

Graveside Service will be held at St. John’s Cemetery, 57 St. John’s Road, Gibraltar, Friday, September 23, 2022 at 11:00 am.  Reverend Bruce Kreisher will officiate.  In lieu of flowers contributions may be made to St. John’s United Church of Christ, 57 St. John’s Road, Birdsboro, PA 19508 in memory of Mrs. Fern E.
