Evelyn M. Davidheiser, 96, passed away on Saturday, July 15, 2017 at Berks Heim.
Evelyn was the wife of the late Harvey E. Davidheiser, with whom she shared 56 years of married life.
Evelyn was born in Chester County, the daughter of the late Harry T. and Iva M. Thompson. She was a graduate of Unionville High School and Penn State University. She did graduate work in the department of Home Economics at the School of Technology at Drexel College. Evelyn taught Home Economics at the high school level in State College, Lehighton, West Pottsgrove, and Downingtown.
In addition to her parents, Evelyn was predeceased by two brothers: Harold E. and D. Kenneth.
She is survived by her brother: Floyd B. Thompson, husband of Jean and several nieces and nephews.
Evelyn was a member of Lincoln Park Community United Methodist Church and an Associate Member of Calvary United Methodist Church of Mohnton.
A graveside service will be held at Pleasant View Cemetery on Friday, July 21, 2017 at 2:00PM.
